Personal numbers and specific personal information as defined in the Act on the Use of Personal Identification Numbers for Administrative Procedures (Number Act) will not be acquired or used for any purposes other than those specified in the limited scope of the Act. We will not provide personal numbers and specified personal information to third parties, except in limited cases specified in the Number Law. We will not obtain, use, or store personal numbers or specified personal information from customers.
- 6. Disclosure of Personal Information

When a customer requests disclosure of his/her personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the clinic will disclose the information to the user without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself. However, this does not apply to cases in which the clinic is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
- 7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

- (1) When a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of his/her personal information because the content of the information is not true, the clinic will investigate the request without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself, and based on the results, will correct the content of the personal information and notify the customer to that effect.
